The high school journey of four years is defined and measured by growth. Create new experiences, new ideas, new goals and discover the version of yourself you want to embody. Throughout your four years of high school, I advise that you get yourself out of your comfort zone. I’m extremely grateful to my past self. For going outside my comfort zone and creating new connections, clubs (I’m very happy that I brought Mission 34 to WJ), teams (WJMENSLAX) and ideals that I treasure still to this day. I hope all of you reading this can create a high school experience where you feel like you are thriving. Being a part of the Pitch has been a truly wonderful experience. I love collaborating with my fellow Pitch members and spending time on projects with my good friends. Writing is such an awesome way to express yourself and your opinions. And I am so thankful to have had the space to grow my ideas throughout these past two years. Thank you so much to Ms. Borrelli for being an awesome teacher! If I can leave you with one thing to think about it is that the only thing that is real and where you can create change in is the present moment.
