Making a ceramic pot based on nature can go in numerous directions: there’s more than one way to go about it. “I am trying to make a coil pot,” junior Alicia Gutierrez said.

Different students have different ideas of what they are planning for their final project. While some are planning to do a certain design for their pots, some are doing something different. “[I’m] making an organic coil pot,” freshman Courtney Booth said.

In Digital Art, students learn how to tweak photos depending on the lighting. “We are coloring pictures and changing the hues of the light,” sophomore Lairyna Williams said

In Functional Fine Arts, students are working on a project to celebrate a Spanish holiday. “We are working on Calaveras skulls to celebrate the day of death. My project is going well, and I’m enjoying it,” Brendon Kelley said.
