Senior Asher Coelho, the recipient for the Charles H. Rideout Award for Academic Excellence, gives his speech during the speech portion of the ceremony. Coelho outlined perseverance through hardship by contrasting his own experience as an animator to the animation work that went into the well known movie “UP” by Pete Docter.

Seniors hang out in the Xfinity Center gym prior to their graduation ceremony. When asked about advice for upcoming seniors, senior Jack Potash said, “Keep pushing, you’re gonna make it through, and high school is just a small part of your life, so keep looking towards the future.”
