As the NBA finals approach, students predict which teams will make it and who will win out of the matchups.
Junior Aklilu Bloomberg-Woll Samuel thinks that the Warriors will be in the Finals.
“I think the Warriors will win it because of how deep their roster is. They have three number two options behind Stephen Curry with Andrew Wiggins, Klay Thompson and Jordan Poole,” Bloomberg-Woll Samuel said.
Junior Alec Lynch has a different opinion.
“Right now I have the Warriors vs Celtics and the Celtics winning,” Lynch said.
Junior Braden LaChapelle thinks that the Heat vs Warriors are making the finals and he thinks the Warriors are going to win the championship.
Junior Mac Oursler has the Warriors winning just like Bloomberg-Woll Samuel. He thinks they will win because of their championship experience.
“Warriors win because Curry, Poole and Klay are really good,” Oursler said.
Overall, the majority of people said the Warriors because they have some of the best players in the league including Curry and Poole. Along with that, they have Thompson, Draymond Green, Wiggins and many more solid role players. Their player depth chart is insane along with the experience. This gives them the best odds to win.
