Crew in review: team paddles their way to success

When you’re bored in quarantine, what better thing to do than create an entire album? Hayley Williams’s second solo album, “Flowers for Vases/Descansos,” was released February 5, and features Williams delving into entirely new territory genre-wise, slipping from the art-pop of her debut album, “Petals for Armor,” into a folksier sound.
