Prepare to be taught once again by the Japanese about the newest technology. This 3D image display shown at this year’s CES (Consumer Electronics Show) ionizes a gas in the air to create plasma, making a whiteish blue light.
This device ionizes the gas very quickly and moves on to the next point, and so is able to create luminous images seemingly out of thin air. Personally, I like the fan around 1:23 (although the butterfly at 0:44 is also very cool).
