Festivities and activities were held across the school in celebration of international week. Students were invited to showcase their unique cultures and traditions.

Foundations of Technology work on building bridges and testing them to see if they can endure a certain amount of weight. Kids work with popsicle sticks and glue to try and build a sturdy foundation.

Girls’ basketball beat Gaithersburg HS 59-32 on Wednesday to advance to the second round of regionals. The team will next play away at Whitman on Friday.

Junior, Emnet Getachew, films her candidacy video for the upcoming SGA elections. Getachew is running against juniors John Jernell and Jose Ovalles to be SGA Vice President for the 2024-2025 school year.

International week culminated in a showcase on Friday, March 1st. The assembly exhibited dozens of cultures and nations around the world, each with distinct music, dance, and fashion styles.
