Along with the new artificial turf, WJ was equipped with new field goal posts for the football season.

The new artificial turf field in the stadium opened in April. Currently, gym classes are using the field during the day and the lacrosse teams are playing on the field for their home games.

WJ also received a brand-new track, which, like the old track, circulates around the field in the stadium.  THIS IS A BIT OF A SILLY STATEMENT… HOW ABOUT SOME FACTS ABOUT THE CONSTRUCTION OR SOMETHING?

The track team lines up in front of the crowd in Christmas-themed costumes. Track is the largest sports team at WJ with over 80 members, and the line spanned almost the entire width of the gym.
