Despite a close 19-21 loss to Poolesville, seniors Matt Wojnar, Sam Coe, Greg Karel, Daniel Kirwan, Colin Buley, Kevin Spak, Nolan Hopkins, Sheng Fan and Martin Dally show off their spirit with the WJ Homecoming Game’s “blackout” theme by painting “Wildcats” on themselves. Also, senior class vice-president Andres Rocha leads the crowd in cheers in the front row of the student section.

Hispanic cultures shine in all-school assembly
The track team lines up in front of the crowd in Christmas-themed costumes. Track is the largest sports team at WJ with over 80 members, and the line spanned almost the entire width of the gym.
