As someone who really dislikes anything “Dungeons & Dragons,” I was surprised by Knights of Pen and Paper (KoPP)’s great storyline and fun gameplay. I am a huge fan of role playing games (RPGs) and KoPP delivers fantastically. Also, my definition of “fun” should be taken from the viewpoint of someone who likes turn-based RPGs. If you’re a fan of heart-pounding action, this is not the game for you. KoPP is a unique twist on the old roleplaying and dungeon crawling formula, with you playing as both the squad of heroes in each dungeon, as well as the dungeon master, giving the heroes quests. The quest are varied and fun, and the story is fun to follow, albeit a bit unoriginal. It’s currently available exclusively on the app store for $2.99, and is pretty much a must buy for RPG fans everywhere.
